‘Out on a Limb’ is a new series of narrative driven work, consisting of unique stoneware pieces, both three dimensional and in bas-relief. This is my personal story about loss, love and going out on a limb after being widowed. The human-like qualities of bears are used to capture the narrative and offer a broader, more universal glimpse of life and love.
