Out on a Limb is the first collection in a new series of narrative driven work. This collection consists of fifteen, 14” square, one of a kind stoneware clay bas-relief pieces that use the human-like qualities of bears to capture this story. The self-recognition we, as humans, find in wildlife connects us to this intimate tale, while also connecting us to other people and a broader, more universal glimpse of life and love.
The 2024 collection includes single pieces, diptychs, and triptychs, made to be viewed individually or together, to appreciate both wildlife and humanity.
